Job Summary

This role involves shaping the transformation of Bavaria's hospital landscape and enhancing the healthcare system's resilience against future crises. The Transformation and Resilience Officer will be a key part of the Policy and Communication team, reporting directly to the Deputy Managing Director. Day-to-day tasks include advising hospital operators on structural changes and transformation funds, leading and coordinating networks and workshops, and developing projects for the subsidiary BIK. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills, contributing to a vital healthcare policy network.
