Job Summary

The City Utilities of Ulm/Neu-Ulm are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for IT Infrastructure Operations to drive digitalization forward. In this role, you will lead a team of four, overseeing the setup, operation, and monitoring of hybrid IT environments, including on-premises, private, and public cloud solutions. A key focus will be on ensuring stable, scalable, and secure IT operations through automation and modern operating models like IaC, DevOps, and GitOps. You will also be responsible for standardizing and optimizing IT operating processes, implementing ITIL processes, and managing resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, ITIL certification, and excellent German language skills, coupled with leadership experience and a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.
