Job Summary

As an Electronics System Requirements Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining system requirements, architecture, and interface documentation at both the overall vehicle and sub-system levels. Your daily tasks will involve identifying use cases, developing system solutions, and creating specifications for various sub-systems. You will work closely with project leads in multidisciplinary development teams, taking responsibility for the development process according to the V-model. This role also includes creating technical concepts for the entire vehicle, estimating efforts during the acquisition phase, and optimizing processes for platform utilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Systems Engineering, requirement management, and experience with Automotive standards, contributing to functional safety, system safety, and cybersecurity aspects.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or comparable field

Experience

  • Professional experience in Systems Engineering and Requirements Management
  • Multi-year professional experience with DOORS, UML/SysML, Use-Case Analysis, and System Integration
  • Professional experience in project development following the V-model and Automotive standards (advantageous)
  • Professional experience in collaboration with System Safety, Cybersecurity, and EMC departments
  • Experience in technical project management, leading development teams, customer interface, and stakeholder management (advantageous)
