Job Summary

As a Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in preparing high-quality model input data through comprehensive preprocessing, transformation, aggregation, and balancing. Your role involves selecting and evaluating optimal models, including Deep Learning approaches, and developing and refining model architectures by defining layer configurations. A key responsibility will be to identify and prevent overfitting using methods like cross-validation and regularization, while also analyzing and minimizing model bias. You will conduct effective hyperparameter tuning and utilize statistical methods and tools for evaluating model results, including precision, recall, F1-score analyses, and confusion matrices. This role requires deep experience in Python development for AI models and familiarity with essential Python libraries, offering an opportunity to continuously develop within a dynamic, cross-industry environment.

Experience

  • Deep experience in object-oriented Python development for AI models (applications over 5000 lines of code)
  • Knowledge of Python libraries: Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, SpaCy
  • Experience in using and integrating Azure cloud technologies (ideally)
  • Competence in building and managing Machine Learning pipelines
  • At least three years of relevant project experience in classical AI
  • Knowledge of generative AI (desirable, not mandatory)
