Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Team Lead within the Human Resources, Finance, and General Administration department of the Family Support/Youth Welfare Office. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of four in HR and internal services, handling personnel administration for approximately 200 employees. Key responsibilities include managing cross-sectional topics for the entire department, acting as the specialist for personnel data, and actively participating in digitalization processes and projects. Required Skills

Education

Degree as Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH) / B.A. Public Administration or proof of eligibility for career group 2, 1st entry-level of the General Services discipline, OR completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant with a successfully passed 2nd employee examination (Verwaltungsfachwirt), OR a university degree with a focus on Human Resources, Public Administration, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in human resources management topics
  • Extensive knowledge of administrative law
  • Experience in youth welfare (preferred)
  • Experience as a leader or demonstrated interest in leadership roles through relevant training
