This role involves managing and expanding customer relationships within the fire protection technology and door/gate automation sectors. You will be the primary contact for clients and partners, providing technical consultation throughout project phases, from offer creation and negotiation to project implementation. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training or degree in Building Technology, Construction, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in technical sales, ideally in building technology, fire protection, or related fields
- Knowledge of tendering, VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), and building law is advantageous

- Willingness to travel for field activities to customers and construction sites (primarily within Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, typically returning home in the evenings with rare multi-day trips); Residence in the sales region or flexible mobility required.
