Job Summary
This role involves managing all HR activities for international assignments within the EBZ Group, a top automotive supplier. The specialist will independently organize and coordinate the entire expatriate management process, including visa applications, and ensure compliance with international social security and tax laws. Key responsibilities include preparing expatriate contracts, advising on domestic and international tax and social security law, and handling foreign registrations. The position requires meticulous review and processing of monthly and annual accounts, considering international travel periods. This individual will serve as the primary contact for management, employees, foreign subsidiaries, and various domestic and international authorities and tax advisors. Additionally, they will support the organization and coordination of occupational health management within the group. This is a part-time position, requiring 20-30 hours per week.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Tax Clerk or Industrial Clerk with foreign languages, OR a university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, International Business, or a related field.
