This role is for an IT License Manager with a strong legal background, joining the German Pension Insurance Federation, a cornerstone of social security in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the legal compliance and optimal utilization of software licenses within a complex IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating requirements for software contracts, reviewing procurement documents, drafting supplementary agreements with software manufacturers, and responding to bidder inquiries. A key part of the role involves analyzing and communicating contract contents to ensure legal compliance and optimize existing license agreements. The position also entails preparing for and coordinating license audits, as well as conducting market observations and analyses. Required Skills

Education

Experience

Additional

  • Willingness to acquire relevant legal and technical knowledge, including understanding of data center infrastructure, potentially through self-study.
