In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless IT operations for our clients, primarily focusing on the installation and administration of Windows PCs and servers, both internally and externally. You'll also manage and configure virtual machines using Microsoft Hyper-V and serve as the primary point of contact for all application and operating system queries.
