Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated JTL Support Specialist passionate about resolving complex support issues related to JTL-Wawi and JTL-WMS. The specialist will provide 1st-level support, analyzing errors, optimizing workflows, and managing imports and warehouse processes. Key responsibilities include installing, updating, and configuring various JTL products (Wawi, WMS, POS, FFN), as well as integrating external systems like shop, marketplace, and accounting services using connectors, REST-API, and SQL scripts. The position also involves creating practical how-to guides and training materials, and continuously improving support processes in collaboration with project and development teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong JTL software administration experience and a customer-oriented approach to make a direct impact on clients' e-commerce success within a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Education

Completed IT apprenticeship / degree or comparable practical experience

Experience

  • • Several years of experience in administration and support of JTL software (including workflows, backup/recovery, MS-SQL)
