Job Summary
As a Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in evolving HR processes from an IT systems perspective, advising and supporting internal HR clients. Your core responsibilities include designing interfaces for various business processes that require personnel data, translating client needs into technical requirements, and coordinating their implementation within the IT department. You will evaluate and propose suitable technical solutions that integrate seamlessly into the future-oriented IT architecture, collaborating closely with stakeholders from procurement, data protection, cybersecurity, the works council, and architecture when acquiring new IT solutions. The role also encompasses comprehensive project management tasks, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, implementation, testing, and defining support concepts, contributing significantly to the company's IT landscape.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in IT, Digitalization, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience with processes in SAP and Non-SAP HR applications
- Project management experience (waterfall & agile)
- Routine work with common IT tools
- Experience with the management and coordination of external service providers (ideally)
