As a Production Team Leader, you will take on a pivotal role overseeing a defined team area within a manufacturing environment. Your daily responsibilities will include leading, motivating, and developing team members, managing personnel deployment, and ensuring both production quality and adherence to deadlines. A key aspect of this role involves identifying and implementing measures to optimize productivity, costs, and quality, actively participating in cross-departmental projects focused on technology, productivity, and cost optimization using Lean Management methods. This position requires proven leadership experience in production, a background as a skilled worker with significant production experience, and ideally, further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Mechanical Engineering. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this dynamic role.
