Job Summary

The Head of Digital University will strategically lead and implement the digital transformation and AI strategy at the Ludwigsburg University of Public Administration and Finance. This key role involves close collaboration with university leadership, overseeing a small IT team, and coordinating all university-wide digitalization and AI activities. Day-to-day tasks include managing central digitalization projects like implementing Microsoft Office 365, a document management system, and a digital student ID, as well as maintaining campus management systems and communication tools. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing service, consulting, and transfer offerings, identifying innovation potential, and securing project funding.
