Job Summary

This pivotal role offers an experienced leader the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare as the Director of Clinic Management for Germany's largest municipal hospital operator. You will assume overall disciplinary and professional responsibility for all Vivantes clinics and subsidiaries, driving strategic planning and portfolio management. A key focus will be ensuring high-quality and economically balanced service delivery, initiating and implementing measures to optimize hospital structures and processes in line with the Vivantes Strategy 2030 and the upcoming hospital reform. This position requires a leader with proven experience in acute clinic operations, strong transformation management expertise, and exceptional communication skills to lead and optimize local and cross-regional projects, contributing actively to the strategic development of the Vivantes Group.
