Job Summary

This role involves executing preparatory tasks for pharmaceutical production, including operating and cleaning complex preparation equipment like dishwashers and autoclaves. The specialist will perform regular production and cleaning processes in designated areas, strictly adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines, operating equipment, and conducting in-process controls. A key responsibility is maintaining accurate GMP-compliant written and electronic documentation for all activities, ensuring adherence to hygiene, clothing, environmental protection, and occupational safety standards. The position requires maintaining cleanliness and order, following training plans, participating in performance dialogues, and accurately recording personal activities. Candidates should have prior experience in cleaning and disinfecting large-scale production facilities, ideally within a cGMP environment, possess a basic understanding of hygiene and technical processes, and be proficient in GMP-compliant documentation. Strong organizational skills, responsibility, commitment, and good PC skills, particularly in MS Office, are essential.
