Job Summary
Join a leading European defense industry company, HENSOLDT, as a Working Student supporting the software development of HADIS, an autonomous unmanned tactical deployment system. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology designed for military supply in challenging environments, capable of autonomous flight over 100km and operating in GPS-denied areas. You will actively assist the development team in enhancing existing specialized cargo drones, contribute to specification creation, support development documentation, expand the test framework, and perform both manual and automated testing. Required Skills
Education
University studies in MINT fields (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechatronics
Experience
- Initial experience in programming with Python, Matlab, or C
- Basic knowledge of Eclipse and Visual Studio frameworks
- Desirable: Knowledge and experience in UAV development, drones, and model building
