This role is for a Digitalization Specialist passionate about driving digital transformation within an international furniture manufacturer. The successful candidate will analyze and optimize existing business processes, developing and implementing digital solutions for process automation. They will be responsible for planning and managing optimization projects, designing process landscapes, and ensuring their sustainable implementation. Working closely with various departments, the specialist will align process goals with company strategy and lead the rollout of a group-wide communication and collaboration strategy based on Microsoft 365. This position requires a hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage change initiatives, train employees, and support leadership in adopting new processes, contributing significantly to the company's efficiency and future-readiness.
