Job Summary
As a Cloud Engineer at Medline, you will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing the EU cloud infrastructure, ensuring its scalability and high availability. Your day-to-day will involve participating in architecture and design sessions, proactively resolving critical issues, and collaborating with various IS teams to implement secure, scalable cloud and hybrid systems. You'll also be responsible for creating and updating technical standards documentation. - 5 years of technical experience in design, system installations, administration, and/or support of business systems
- Deep working knowledge of container-based applications running on Azure Kubernetes Service or on-premise
- Strong working knowledge of Terraform Cloud for Business
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure on the Azure Cloud Platform
- Experience building and supporting mission-critical infrastructure for critical applications
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to drive to root cause
- Experience with Windows and Linux Server Systems
- Experience with log collection tools and analysis, as well as infrastructure performance monitoring tools and optimization practices like the Prometheus stack, Splunk
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and routing
- Experience with Rancher is a plus
- Knowledge of software development practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and concepts - Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Artifactory
