Job Summary
This role involves being the primary point of contact for colleagues and resellers, providing first-level support via phone and ticketing systems. Depending on qualifications, the specialist may also handle second-level support tasks. Key responsibilities include coordinating inquiries, tracking their progress, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The position also encompasses various organizational tasks, such as invoice control, handling official inquiries, and managing phone numbers. Regular reports and evaluations for clients, colleagues, and authorities are part of the role, alongside meticulous master data maintenance (e.g., purchase prices, geodata) and active participation in process improvement. Required Skills
Education
