Job Summary

As a Claim Manager / Complaint Manager, you will be responsible for independently processing customer complaints and returns, evaluating and prioritizing them. A key part of your role involves conducting internal root cause analyses using quality tools like FMEA, 5-Why, or Ishikawa, and developing sustainable solutions. You will create CAPA or 8D reports for customers and collaborate closely with specialized departments to implement and track corrective actions, ensuring their effectiveness. This role also includes generating and maintaining statistics and evaluations, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement process. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or training in chemistry/plastics, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to drive customer-oriented solutions.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree or technical training in Chemistry/Plastics. Ideally, additional qualification in Quality Management (e.g., TÜV-certified Quality Representative).

Experience

  • Professional experience in a similar role (Berufserfahrene)
  • Experience with quality tools and 8D reports (advantageous)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of relevant standards in the plastics industry.
