This role involves overseeing all technical operations within the hotel, including building technology, maintenance, and repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining quotes, supervising external contractors, ensuring compliance with legal testing periods, and implementing energy-saving measures. They will also lead and coordinate the facility department, actively participating in daily tasks like inspections and consumption data recording.
