This role at Sweco, a leading architecture and engineering firm, involves taking on a multifaceted position as a Specialist Planner and Project Manager for electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will independently manage the technical planning for electrical systems in new construction and existing building projects, covering cost groups 440 and 450 according to DIN 276. Key responsibilities include developing technical concepts from preliminary design to detailed planning (HOAI phases 1-5), creating tender documents, overseeing procurement (HOAI phases 6-7), and managing site supervision (HOAI phase 8). The role also requires coordinating interfaces with various project stakeholders and ideally leading diverse project teams.
