Job Summary

This role is for an organized and technically savvy individual to join an established energy company in Germany. As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the central allocation and control of meter installations, prioritizing planned meter changes (new builds, conversions, expansions, regular cycles, malfunctions), and managing dispatch. You will collaborate closely with Customer Services on technical inquiries and WiM registrations, monitor the workload of partner technicians, and analyze service levels and quality metrics. A key part of the role involves evaluating failed service calls and developing strategies for successful follow-up visits, as well as communicating meter changes to specific customer groups and continuously improving processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, a knack for digital tools, and excellent communication abilities, offering a long-term opportunity for direct employment with the client.
