Job Summary

This role involves the crucial installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fiber optic (LWL) and copper infrastructure cabling, covering primary, secondary, and tertiary cabling across all application classes. The technician will be responsible for functional testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within these systems, as well as performing cable pulling, assembly, and commissioning tasks. Key responsibilities include preparing, processing, and assembling copper cables, working strictly according to wiring and overview diagrams, and ensuring the professional setup, assembly, and connection of 19-inch system components until operational readiness. The position also requires testing and metrological recording of completed cabling, documenting services for internal project management, and effective communication with construction and project managers.
