The Head of Commercial Property Management Division will lead a crucial department within the Trier-Saarburg district administration, overseeing strategic and operational aspects of property management for the county's properties. Civil service examination for the 3rd entry-level career path in administration and finance, OR second examination for employees in municipal administration and treasury services, OR successfully completed law degree, OR successfully completed university degree in real estate management.
Experience

- Experience in personnel leadership is desirable
- Experience in organizational development is desirable
- Profound knowledge of commercial property management
- Profound knowledge of public budget, procurement, and contract law
