The successful candidate will be responsible for managing escalation processes, handling 1st and 2nd level support tickets, and providing remote support to end-users both in Germany and internationally. Key responsibilities include administering Windows workstations, laptops (Windows 10), MS Office, and mobile devices, as well as supporting IT environments with Windows, Linux, and OSX clients.
