Job Summary
This role is for an Accounts Receivable Clerk responsible for the independent management of debtor accounts and open receivables. Key responsibilities include actively monitoring open items, arranging installment payments with debtors, and overseeing pre-litigation dunning procedures, including handover to external collection agencies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking deadlines and collaborating closely with customer and financial accounting departments, as well as other internal units. The ideal candidate will have a commercial background or relevant experience in receivables and credit management, possess strong analytical and assertive skills, and demonstrate a precise, structured, and diligent work ethic. Completed commercial training (e.g., Tax Assistant, Bank Clerk, Industrial Clerk) or professional experience in receivables and credit management
