Job Summary
This role involves joining a dynamic team within the Federal Tax Administration dedicated to implementing complex international Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) projects. The specialist will focus on negotiating and applying OECD directives and bilateral agreements related to financial accounts, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), crypto-assets, and the OECD minimum taxation framework (GloBE). Day-to-day responsibilities include leading specific projects, representing the division in working groups, and drafting critical legal documents such as legislation, conventions, reports, and internal directives. This position requires a Master's degree in Economics or Law and several years of relevant experience in AEOI or similar fields. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to Swiss tax policy and requires strong analytical skills alongside proficiency in two official Swiss languages and English.

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) or similar international tax/legal fields.
- Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, accurately, and reliably.
- Interest in Information Technology.

- Must be able to work 80-100% in Bern, Switzerland, with home office possibilities. Requires a sense of initiative and team spirit.
