Key tasks include creating tender documents, including construction descriptions and bills of quantities, for structural and hydraulic engineering works. The position requires a degree in civil engineering, experience in hydraulic engineering design, and proficiency in creating explanatory reports for technical planning. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation are essential.
