Job Summary
As an IT Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in evolving IT service management within a leading European technology services platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve defining and implementing IT service management processes, aligning them with ITIL best practices. You will collaborate closely with operational IT service management specialists to expand standardized workflows and service offerings, ensuring target-group-oriented communication. A key part of the role is managing process and service descriptions, as well as guidelines. This position is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to apply their expertise in IT service management, BPMN 2.0, and process design to drive technological advancement and optimize IT infrastructures for diverse clients, with a constant focus on support and security.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification; OCEB certification (ideally)
Experience
- Comprehensive experience in applying BPMN 2.0 standard and a corresponding modeling tool
- Professional experience in IT Service Management
- Professional experience in Business-IT Alignment, Process or Service Design
- Strong understanding of IT processes
