Job Summary

This role is for an IT Supporter who will be the primary point of contact for users, providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support both in person and over the phone. You will manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, focusing on user support for client and server environments. Key responsibilities include assisting users with various IT equipment such as PCs, notebooks, telephone systems, mobile phones, and printers, as well as managing hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or communications electronics, possess initial experience in IT administration and support, and be proficient with Microsoft or Linux operating systems and applications.
