Job Summary

This role involves supporting the purification of recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies on a process scale. The Bio Operator will be responsible for operating process-specific systems, including ultrafiltration, diafiltration, and chromatography systems, as well as performing various filtrations and preparing buffer solutions for production. Key responsibilities also include cleaning and sterilizing process equipment, maintaining batch documentation under GMP guidelines using electronic manufacturing software, and performing aseptic work in a classified cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will have a scientific background or relevant vocational training with initial experience in large-scale production, ideally within a GMP environment, along with strong organizational skills, PC proficiency, and a willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends.
