Job Summary

This part-time Compliance Specialist role in the pharmaceutical and life science sector involves managing and coordinating deviations, Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) within the purification and formulation areas. The specialist will actively participate in cross-departmental compliance projects, serving as a key contact for GMP, bioburden, and monitoring topics. Responsibilities also include contributing to risk assessments, supporting audits, inspections, and client meetings by preparing deviation and OOS documentation, and addressing compliance questions in both German and English. This position requires close collaboration with operations management, IPC laboratories, and quality units, offering an opportunity to apply expertise in a dynamic environment.
