Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and managing critical quality assurance processes within the pharmaceutical industry. The Junior QA Manager will be responsible for the independent organization, execution, and monitoring of the Change Control process, ensuring compliance with cGMP/ISO requirements. This includes processing Change Controls in JIRA, coordinating with various departments like R&D, and managing the Change Control Board. Additionally, the role covers the Non-Conformity process, involving the processing and approval of non-conformities in JIRA and managing the Deviation and Material Review Boards. The ideal candidate will have a scientific background, some experience in pharmaceutical analytics, and a good command of English, contributing to the creation and maintenance of SOPs.
