Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing security operations by developing, maintaining, and enhancing content for SOAR platforms, specifically XSOAR. Your daily tasks will involve creating and refining playbooks, automations, dashboards, reports, and interfaces to other systems. You will continuously improve incident response processes using XSOAR's features, ensure seamless integration of external security tools like SIEM, EDR, and Threat-Intelligence platforms, and provide prompt support for XSOAR-related issues. This role requires close collaboration with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities and process enhancements, and meticulous documentation of all workflows and technical implementations. The ideal candidate will have experience with SOAR platforms, a strong understanding of security processes and incident response, and the ability to analyze complex problems to find structured solutions.
