Job Summary
The successful candidate will join a world-leading Engine MRO service provider in Zurich, taking on the crucial role of Supervisor for the GTF Module Line. This position involves leading the daily operations related to the build and teardown of critical engine modules (fan, LPC/HPC, combustor, LPT/HPT, gearbox). You will be responsible for organizing personnel, parts, and methods to ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery, adhering strictly to OEM and authority standards. Key responsibilities include planning and steering the line to meet daily targets (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People), coordinating extensively with cross-functional teams like Planning, Engineering, and Logistics, and acting as a primary contact for customers and authorities. This role requires significant leadership experience, a strong background in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance (5+ years in MRO), and proven supervisory skills (5+ years). You will also be vital in developing team skills, driving Lean initiatives (5S), and reporting performance using clear KPIs, all within a highly international environment where English proficiency is essential.
