As a Technical Implementation Engineer for E-Mail Services at Retarus, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Retarus' email services, including transactional email, security, encryption, and continuity, for enterprise clients. This involves technical configuration, end-to-end testing, and ensuring compliance with standards like ISAE 3402. You will serve as the primary technical contact during client onboarding, providing support, documentation, and best practices, while closely collaborating with product management, network, infrastructure, and customer success teams. The role requires strong technical expertise in communication applications, LAN/WAN infrastructures, and email authentication/encryption, ensuring successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
