Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician focused on providing direct onsite support to clients, primarily industrial companies. The successful candidate will manage and resolve IT issues, document processes via a ticketing system, and handle the setup, relocation, and configuration of IT workstations. Key responsibilities include supporting Windows end-devices, personalizing new hardware, and instructing users on software and hardware usage. This position requires a background in IT, experience with ticket-based onsite support, and knowledge of asset management, Active Directory user administration, and basic network technology.
