Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician Onsite, you will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues, actively engaging in hands-on support for clients. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring hardware, meticulously analyzing and resolving software and hardware problems, and providing essential support within Windows and Microsoft Office environments. You'll also assist users with setting up various devices, including smartphones and tablets, and efficiently manage support tickets using specialized tools. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and initial experience in user support, who enjoys direct client interaction and is looking for a dynamic position within a company that offers comprehensive IT infrastructure, cloud, and outsourcing services.
