Job Summary

This role is for a Field Service Technician in the Ingolstadt area, supporting client environments for prominent industrial companies across Germany. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for technical inquiries, performing service, maintenance, and repair work on printers, plotters, PCs, notebooks, and various peripheral devices from different manufacturers. Key responsibilities also include installing hardware and software and configuring networks. This position requires experience in 2nd-level support, strong German language skills, and a Class B driving license.
