Job Summary

As a Senior Expert in Data and Feature Engineering for Machine Learning, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making within the company. Your core responsibilities will involve developing strategic concepts for advancing and ensuring the quality of data foundations for Machine Learning processes in Data Science. You will collaborate closely with various Data Science departments to co-develop a harmonized Feature Store and define standards for evolving datamarts. A key part of your role will be implementing technical and structural measures to simplify and standardize the ML data landscape, optimizing delivery and quality assurance processes. You will also manage the lifecycle of data products, ensuring their performance and timeliness, and proactively identify and evaluate new data sources to create new business data layers. This role offers the opportunity to work independently on complex tasks within a dynamic environment, contributing significantly to the company's data strategy.
