Job Summary

The Landeslabor Berlin-Brandenburg (LLBB), an independent and accredited state testing service provider, is seeking a Technical Assistant to join its team. This role involves the preparation, execution, and evaluation of analyses for official food surveillance within an accredited environment. The successful candidate will independently perform microscopic, chemical, physicochemical, and physical examinations on food products, particularly honey, including microscopy of honey/pollen, photometry, refractometry, and gravimetry. They will also contribute to inter-laboratory comparisons, laboratory organization, and manage analytical equipment within the quality management framework.
