Job Summary

This role is for an IT Onsite Service Technician to provide essential IT support and monitoring for a company in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd level onsite support, performing software and operating system installations, and troubleshooting issues both remotely and in person. Key tasks also include repairing desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile handheld scanners, as well as providing direct user support at the service point. Candidates should have a completed vocational training in IT or comparable experience, practical experience in user support, and knowledge of Windows 10 and MS Office. Experience with a ticketing system and a Class B driving license are also required.
