Job Summary

This role involves performing maintenance and repair work on complex technical systems for clients in the automotive industry. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for independent fault diagnosis and problem analysis, collaborating closely with the helpdesk and development department. Key tasks include implementing modernization measures and technical optimizations directly at customer sites, providing on-site training for operating personnel, and offering telephone support for technical inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive mechatronics, or industrial mechanics, coupled with a passion for modern measurement, testing, or electromobility technologies. This position requires a structured, solution-oriented approach and a willingness to travel regularly for customer assignments.
