You will be instrumental in providing 1st and 2nd level IT support, assisting global customers with their technical issues via a ticketing system in both German and English. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving problems remotely or directly, coordinating 3rd level requests, and collaborating closely with other departments. This position is ideal for someone with strong IT knowledge in Windows, macOS, Office 365, and mobile solutions, who possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
