Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be a key member of the technical support team, responsible for the maintenance and repair of IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day tasks will include installing and configuring client systems, performing hardware relocations, setups, and cabling, as well as executing warranty and standard repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers. You will also be crucial in troubleshooting and analyzing software and hardware issues, processing client service requests, and providing on-site support.
