Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join an established team within an IT services and engineering solutions company. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd level support for both software and hardware, assisting users with IT-related inquiries and resolving issues via a ticketing system, both remotely and on-site. Key responsibilities include setting up, dismantling, expanding, and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices like printers, configuring networks, and providing client support for applications such as MS Office and VPN. The position requires a completed education as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, or a career changer with several years of IT support experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office is essential, along with excellent German and English language skills.
