Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support, you will play a crucial role in a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management. This position involves providing direct customer support for Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications. Your daily tasks will include executing IT support work based on various ticket types (B/F, IMAC, H+E) and specific project assignments, as well as handling incoming calls, logging, and assigning trouble tickets.
