Job Summary
This role is for an IT Coordinator / IT Service Employee focused on system and hardware administration, providing essential technical support to users across various German locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for classifying, analyzing, and resolving incoming IT requests for clients (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices) and applications like Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and SAP. This position involves both remote and on-site support, with half the time spent at the Meißenheim location and the other half covering all other German sites. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, documenting solutions, collaborating with external service providers, supporting cleanroom operations, implementing technical changes, and assisting with digitalization projects and IT training. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and communicative IT professional with a strong service-oriented mindset.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial experience in IT support
- Initial experience working with a ticketing system (ITIL v4 preferred)
- Initial experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Exchange, DFS-, DHCP-, and print servers
