Job Summary
As an IT Delivery Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of IT equipment deployment and management. Your daily tasks will include delivering, setting up, and commissioning various device types, ensuring meticulous ticket and data maintenance within customer systems. You will also handle data migration from old devices, collect retired equipment, and perform installations, configurations, and personalization of end-user devices. The role involves managing order coordination, monitoring workflows, scheduling appointments with end-users, and maintaining status and documentation in ticketing and asset systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring agreed service levels, supporting the team leader, contributing to process optimization, and providing client environment support. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid work with potential for remote work, fostering a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional development within a global network.
